mauritius was the perfect place to absorb the basic preparations for the world cup season again. even though the swell was not perfect this year i had some great moments on the coral reef of one eye. the hollow waves of one eye destroyed some of my windsurf gear this year. the astonishing result is five broken extensions. since the trainings on the snow will start in august i used the time stop over in dubai and drive all the way to oman. the location is masirah island. here i will be enjoying the company of my arabic beduin friends and ripping the waves till the end of this month.
