Mauritius is a place where Rok has spend last few weeks. It is traditionally a place where Rok spends this part of the year and as well his training base, because windsurfing is very important part of preparation for the new season. “This location offers me excellent conditions for performing windsurfing on the waves, sport which mean a lot to me. As well Mauritius is a beautiful location especially in this part of the year with its mild temperatures seems to be the perfect place for my trainings,” said Rok. During the last season he had a lot of problems with sinusitis and after the season he decided for an operation: “Now I feel much better, I don’t have problems with breathing, all activities I can do better.”

Rok is no more just an excellent snowboarder and a sportsman, but also a businessman: “I have the fashion studio in Ljubljana (www.ivonamartinko.si), together with successful Croatian clothing designer Ivona Martinko. In this business project I find new energy and motivation for my trainings and competitions.”

Rok will stay in Mauritius till July 15th.
